Who we are

What we collect
When you complete our form we collect your name, email, phone number, province, the type of vehicle you want, your budget, how you earn income, your approximate income, how you rate your credit, and whether you have had a bankruptcy or consumer proposal. We also record the page and advertising campaign that brought you to us.
Why we collect it
- To match you with lenders and dealerships that may be able to finance a vehicle for you.
- To contact you about your request by phone, text or email.
- If you separately opt in, to send you tips and offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link or reply instruction in each message.
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share your information with participating lenders and dealerships in Canada so they can review and respond to your request. They handle your information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties. We use service providers (for example, website hosting and email delivery) who process data on our behalf.
Credit checks
Submitting our form does not trigger a credit check. A lender may ask your permission to check your credit if you choose to apply with them.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent, ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it by contacting info@nextautoloan.ca. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot help with your request.
How long we keep it
We keep lead information for up to 24 months, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Safeguards
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to people who need it to handle your request.
